Yo1 Engineering was founded on a simple idea: most agencies can build a website or a campaign, but few actually understand why a business grows or stalls. We come from both worlds - technical and business - and that's the difference clients notice after the first consultation.
Our story
Yo1 Engineering operates out of Čenej, near Novi Sad, but from the start we've worked with clients beyond Serbia's borders - from local family businesses to brands in Croatia and Germany. We're built for remote collaboration by default: clear communication in English, async-friendly workflows, and check-ins scheduled around your time zone, not ours. Over the past 10+ years we've completed more than 100 projects: from software that automates manufacturing processes, to online stores that sell around the clock, to campaigns that bring small businesses a measurable number of new clients every month.
